SoftwareCraft internships are a valuable opportunity for Central American Systems Engineering students who wish to broaden their knowledge and acquire practical skills in the technology field.

The purpose of our internships is to offer quality work experience to young people because we know that it is very difficult to find a good job when you have no experience, but you can’t get experience if no one hires you.

In addition, doing internships in North American companies can provide several significant advantages in the lives and careers of many future engineers.

  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies

Students who intern with SoftwareCraft can work remotely, with cutting-edge technologies and tools at companies that are at the forefront of software innovation and development.

In addition, they can learn about the best practices and methodologies used in these types of projects, broadening their knowledge, and acquiring skills that are in high demand in today’s job market.

  • Collaboration with experienced professionals

During internships with our clients, students can collaborate with highly skilled and experienced teams and learn from these professionals, who can provide guidance and mentoring.

This direct interaction with industry experts allows students to gain a realistic perspective of the challenges in the field of Systems Engineering.

  • Expanding the professional network

One of the most obvious advantages of our internships is to provide students with the opportunity to establish professional contacts in the technology industry.

By interacting with professionals and co-workers, interns can build strong relationships that are beneficial to their future careers and even have the potential to open doors for job opportunities, project collaborations, and knowledge sharing.

  • Developing cross-cultural skills and language proficiency

Let’s put it this way: many bright young engineers and students are not fluent in English, and that can make it difficult for them to get a job with excellent conditions. Our internships allow students to practice and improve their language skills in a professional context.

In addition, exposure to different cultures and ways of working promotes adaptability and the development of collaborative skills in diverse teams.

For all these reasons, SoftwareCraft is currently looking for young students and engineers to intern on some of our U.S. clients. These interns receive basic economic remuneration, in addition to the coverage of certain expenses such as the cost of Internet access.

Currently, in El Salvador, we have an internship open that will allow the intern to gain hands-on experience in Back-end development and web applications. The intern will be responsible for collaborating on projects using technologies such as MVC, .NET, Entity Framework, Razor, jQuery, Bootstrap, and MySQL.

If you are starting your career as a Software Engineer and want to know from the inside the corporate environment and innovation in technology, contact us immediately.
