In this way, the startup will diversify its services and will be able to meet the requirements of certain companies and industries, especially regarding specific regulations and U.S. government standards.

Both firms will share their know-how, robust operational infrastructure, and technology, allowing them to cover a larger portion of the U.S. market and serve larger clients who, for strategic reasons, want to establish part of their software development teams in different countries.
