The expansion of the company motivated them to hire SoftwareCraft, a nearshore outsourcing startup, that specializes in building remote and near-shore teams, guaranteeing some advantages for RVO Health such as logistical facilities, cultural proximity, and business scalability.
“I’m excited to grow our engineering base in Costa Rica, and we are confident that the office will expand in the coming years,” said Mike Oakman, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of RVO Health.
